I have a Samsung Galaxy 4S smartphone and I would like to know if it is
possible to unlock it free of charge.
I was told that only the supplier can do this . True ?
I get various opinions .
Thank you

What was the original carrier? That will determine your options. Not all original carriers are equal.

Samsung is not the carrier. Samsung is the manufacturer. Carrier is the one you get your phone/data service through. Such as AT&T, Verizon, and Sprint in the US. Where did you purchase the phone? If you don't mind saying.

You have multiple options to try, paid or free. All at your own risk of course.

Google Search results: https://www.google.com/search?q=unlock%20kodoo%20samsung%20gs4
