Google Plug-ins Hijack

I hope I'm in the right place. I have a huge number of plug-ins for Chrome that I can't get rid of. I can delete them and they'll stay off during the current session but as soon as I log back in they are there. The first one is "7 minute workout". They have loaded there results so in google that you cannot find a single site to help, even using malware hijack etc all that comes up is links for them. Could someone point me in the right direction for permanently deleted these. TIA
