Adobe Flash Player has been reported to have numerous holes which it seems that they are constantly trying to close.  It also appears that their March 2017 update which coincided with Microsoft's March update has problems... again.  According to several sources Adobe Flash Player has become a target for hackers, once they are in they can do a great deal of harm.  I'm seeing a lot of suggestions for AFP users to switch to another flash player, Silverlight is one which I see suggested a lot.

You should be able to simply install it and use it.  If you still have Adobe Flash Player installed you may want to make the Silverlight the default program for your flash player.

Are you using the new Creators Update 1703?

Bear in mind Silverlight will be End Of Life in 2021 and Edge has no support for it.

It only happens when using a 3rd party av. You need exclusions until this is fixed.

Confirmed as happening on Avast and Emsisoft.
