After turning on PC I don't have sound for 2 min then it works but I have to wait and that's annoying. There is a way to speed it up ? I didn't had this problem earlier.

Try this to rule out corruption -

DISM fix utility for corrupt windows -   https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/947821

Then do this to rule out third party apps -

Windows Clean Boot -                         https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/929135

Then simply turn 3rd party apps on one at a time and see what causes the issue.
