Friend bought his PC w/10 from a senior web site and it has it's own odd start page, how do I get it back to the windows 10 start up background ?

I haven't gone to win 10 as yet so I'd like advice ?

I don't know whether you're talking about the Lock Screen (from which you log in or shows again if you have the "enter password upon waking" setting on) then you use Settings, Personalization, Lock Screen Pane.

For the desktop background it's still Settings, Personalization, but the Background pane.
