I keep getting blue screens and artifacts (I'll list them below), the artifacts usually happen when I login/restart/shutdown, it's never happened in the BIOS, in safe mode or when I use the on-board graphics. I built this computer in october and had no problems until december when I added an hard drive, monitor, another stick of RAM and the GPU... I thought it might have been the monitor but I've connected my TV when the artifacts show up and they show up there too. Also my computer will randomly freeze but I can only move the cursor and still hear music playing.

(BSOD's and probably more I can't remember)

- video scheduler internal error

- video tdr failure

- irql not less or equal

- system thread exception not handled

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

- Windows 10 64-bit (I have reinstalled Windows with a reset if that counts)

- i5 6500

- MSI RX 480 8GB (Replaced but still have the same problem, no overclocks)

- B150 Gaming M3

- Supernova G2 550w

- 2x4 8GB RAM (tested more times than I can remember with memtest)

I can't think of anything else right now but I just want to rule out a software/driver problem then I can start replacing more parts.

Start with these free hardware diagnostics:  http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html

Please start with the video tests, but finish ALL of the tests - and let us know the results.

Also, due to the video BSOD's that you mention in your post, you may also want to try these troubleshooting suggestions:  http://www.carrona.org/VideoTDR.html

Here's what I got from the reports that you submitted...................

MSI Command Center DDR service has errors.  Please uninstall it.

If needed, feel free to reinstall it AFTER we're done troubleshooting

The driver that this (and other MSI apps) use has been known to cause BSOD's in some Windows systems.

As there are at least 4 of these drivers in the memory dump, it's possible that we may have to ask you to uninstall other MSI apps (if the BSOD's continue and these drivers remain in them dumps)

The driver name is NTIOLib_X64.sys

Your UEFI/BIOS (version B.90) dates from 2016.  Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any UEFI/BIOS updates available for your system.  This is just in case there has been a more recent update.
FYI - W8 and W10 communicate more with the UEFI/BIOS than previous versions of Windows, so it's important to ensure that the UEFI/BIOS is kept up to date (and that outdated UEFI/BIOS' may be the cause of some compatibility issues).

Although you appear to have a reasonable number of Windows Update hotfixes for this version of your OS, please double check for any new Windows Updates.  It only takes one update to cause a problem, so it's essential that you have all of them.  The actual number is not important.  Rather it's important that you checked manually, installed any available updates, and didn't experience any errors when checking or updating.

Daemon Tools (and Alcohol % software) are known to cause BSOD's on some Windows systems (mostly due to the sptd.sys driver, although I have seen both dtsoftbus01.sys and dtscsibus.sys blamed on several occasions).

Please un-install the program, then use the following free tool to ensure that the troublesome sptd.sys driver is removed from your system (pick the 32 or 64 bit system depending on your system's configuration):  New link (15 Aug 2012):  http://www.duplexsecure.com/downloads (pick the appropriate version for your system and select "Un-install" when you run it).
Alternate link:  http://www.disc-tools.com/download/sptd
Manual procedure here:  http://daemonpro-help.com/en/problems_and_solutions/registry_and_sptd_problems.html
NOTE:  The uninstaller may not find the SPTD.sys driver.  Don't worry about it, just let us know in your post.
NOTE2:  The latest version has an SPTD2.sys driver - the uninstaller is on the same page as the SPTD.sys driver - just download the version for W10!

Riva Tuner (along with MSI Afterburner and EVGA Precision) are known to cause BSOD's in some Windows systems (it's driver is usually RTCore64.sys).  Please un-install them immediately!

If you're overclocking, please stop the overclock while we're troubleshooting.  Feel free to resume the overclock once the system has been stabilized.

Your PACE InterLok driver dates from 2010 and may not be compatible w/W10.

Please uninstall it.

If it's needed, there's more info on this driver here:  http://www.carrona.org/drivers/driver.php?id=Tpkd.sys

Please do not reinstall it until we're finished troubleshooting.

Thanks for the reply I done everything you said, I uninstalled MSI command centre and daemon tools (didn't find no STPD.sys driver) but got two blue screens after that then I uninstalled afterburner, rivatuner and the PACE driver, sometimes It can go a week or so without the blue screens... I'll see how it goes and reply back, thanks again.
