Can't view my friend's page on google plus

Hello forum, today i added a friend to my contacts on gmail also i have added her to my circles, gmail says we are friends but when i want to view her page it shows an error message and the same happens on her side.Does anyone know how to fix this?

 

Also she is not on the list when i type her name or email when i look for ''people''

It would help if you posted the error message.

okay the error message is:   404. That’s an error.

The requested URL was not found on this server. That’s all we know.

What that means is the page or link doesn't exist at the url. That could mean the link is bad, the server is down and not found but the error is on their end not yours.
