I was trying to update Window 10 Creator version but stuck at 32 % for multiple times.
I had been for 2 days already and still can't solve it .

I had been tried following:

1 ) Trouble shoot for window update service

2) Try sfc command from CMD  ( sfc /scannow >>no error )

3) DISM to check image and restore image file for window installation but still didn't work

4) both Win 10 upgrade assistant and MediaCreation tool are used

5) Driver all updated

6) Disconnected all peripheral usb keyboard ,bluetooth mouse and even uninstall VPN

Everytime, I stuck at 32%  show the attached image.

Please kindly help

Try disabling or uninstalling you antivirus or other protection software.  When you do this you will not want to take this computer online until the software is enabled or reinstalled.

Edit:  Are you using a wired connection to your modem or wifi?

If this is wifi, try using a Ethernet connection.

Thanks dc3,

For your reply.

I already uninstall my antivirus and I'm using LAN for internet.( Wireless already disable)

No other protection software left except for window defender itself.

I forgot to mention that I change my original HDD with SSD and also the Memory was upgraged to 16GB.

Still not clue what is wrong  :scratchhead:  :scratchhead:  :scratchhead:  :scratchhead:

with regards,

There are tons of web references, and it appears many are good quality, about Windows 10 Upgrade with the error message number you've provided.

I can't tell you anymore other than to start reading through these search results until you hit upon something that either exactly or closely describes your situation or that you haven't tried.

The only way is clean installing, because upgrade works only if current Windows is not damaged and all updates are installed.
Everything else is only waste of time.

I'm assuming that you downloaded the Windows 10 Creator update as a ISO file, how are you trying to install the operating system?

What version of Windows 10 did you have installed before trying to install the Creator update?

Is the update the same version as what you had installed on the SSD?

Have you tried doing the ISO download again and create the installation media to determine if the installation media you created was buggy?

Perform a clean boot state and try to update process again while Windows in clean boot state.

How to perform a Clean Boot.

Warning:  Disabling items in Services or Startup may leave your anitivius disabled until the process is ended.  For this reason I would suggest that you perform this process off line.

Press the Windows keywindowskey_zps092d5c75.png and the R key to open Run, then type msconfig in the search box.  This will open System Configuration.

If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, you should enter the password or provide confirmation.

(1)  Click/tap on the General tab.

(2)  Click/tap on the Selective startup option.

(3)  Remove the check mark in the Load startup items  check box.

msconfig_zpsuoxvomjq.png

4.  Click on the Services tab.

5.  Place a check mark in the Hide all Microsoft services check box, this will remove the Microsoft Services from the list but will still be running.

6.  Click Disable all, this will remove all of the check marks in the Services list.

clean%20boot%203_zpsyvcjopso.png

7.  Click on Hide all Microsoft services.  Click on Apply then OK

clean%20boot%202_zpsekds879g.png

Click on Restart in the window that opens.

When the computer is restarted it will boot normally.

Let me know if the problem persists after restarting the computer.

The attempt to make the installation with the aid of a Clean Boot failed.  You need to go back and reset the System Configuration settings to their default settings.

Go back to System Configuration and click/tap on the Services tab.

Remove the check from the Hide all Microsoft Services to revert the System Configuration back to its default settings.

Were you experiencing any problems with the Windows 10 prior to trying to install the Creators update?

Did you make sure that the update version was for Windows 10 Home?

Were there any other problems with this computer prior to the attempt to install the update?

Please do the following so we can rule out some potential problems.

Please download and run SeaTools for Windows

Before the installation begins you will be prompted to either Decline or Accept the terms of the installation, click on I Accept.

Once the installatioSeatTools for Windows begins you will see an image similar to the one below.

seagate3_zps1fa1f71c.jpg

1.  SeaTools for Windows will search for HDDs and SSDs on your computer.  Please remove any external storage devices connected via USB ports.

2.  Detected Drives will list the HDDs and SSDs found.  Place a check mark in the drive box you want to run the scan on.  This should be the drive that has the operating system installed on it, this is usually C: drive.

3.  You will see Basic Tests toolbar above Detected Drives, move the mouse pointer over this to open the test options.  Please click on Long Generic Test

4.  This will start the scan.  When the scan is complete you will see the result under Test Status , please post the results in your topic.

 seatools4_zpsd7balf76.png

5.  The test will indicate either Pass or Fail.  Post the results of the scan in your topic.

6.  Click on Help, then click on View Log File.  If the scan failed take a screen shot of the Log File and post it in your topic.

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.
