I found an interesting program the LiteManager, similar for TeamVewer and others, it is looks very good, free and low cost, many features

When I check it on VirusTotal

Detection ratio: 13 / 62

Most of them is

LiteManager (not malicious)

How are you think, can I use it for remote support or Antiviruses on the user end block it?

for more information if it interesting

I suggest not.

If the end user is not much a technical person and uses antivirus with loads of false positives; he may think that you are trying to install virus in their systems.
