I am trying to install COMODO Firewall 10.
I downloaded the Installer from https://www.comodo.com/home/internet-security/firewall.php
I started the Installer, the progress bar reached 45% and then it got stuck. It has been about 2 hours with no progress change.

As I understand, the Installer is trying to download the main program and the virus database.

Internet connection speed is fine - Speedtest: download 29 Mbps, upload 32 Mbps.

In Windows Resource Monitor I can see prosesses cmdinstall.exe, cmdagent.exe, vkise.exe, which try to download something from IPs 104.16.61.31 (Cloudflare), 178.255.82.5 (download.comodo.com), 178.255.87.14 (cmc.comodo.com), but the data transfer rate is very low. Most of the time there is no data transfer at all.

I can ping these IPs normally.

I can access Internet form a web browser an it works fine, without any hangs.

I do not understand what is causing this.
Is it possible to somehow accelerate this or download the program as complete installation file?

I have Windows 7 Home Basic (x64).

A link to an offline installer is provided in this topic discussion.

Thank you for the link. It turned out that the new version of COMODO Firewall was incompatible with Windows 7 without SP1. I had to update to SP1, and then the installation got through. Sadly, there was no error message, so I had to lose a lot of time figuring this out.

Not a problem. I'm glad to hear you figured out the problem.
