I've been experiencing BSODs on my new laptop and cant figure out what to do.

This is my laptop's info. It might also be good to state that it has 32gb of RAM since Ive read the RAM could be corrupted, although I ran the "Diagnose your computer's memory problems" and nothing seemed to be wrong (I dont know if the massive amount of RAM might make it easier to corrupt).

· OS - Windows 10
· x64
· original installed OS on system? Windows 10

Only 1 memory dump in the uploaded reports (dates from 16 March 2017)

The KernelDumpList report and the WER section of MSINFO32 show the same memory dump

Your UEFI/BIOS (version 1.0.3) dates from 2017.  Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any UEFI/BIOS updates available for your system.  This is just in case there has been a more recent update.
FYI - W8 and W10 communicate more with the UEFI/BIOS than previous versions of Windows, so it's important to ensure that the UEFI/BIOS is kept up to date (and that outdated UEFI/BIOS' may be the cause of some compatibility issues).

Only 6 Windows Update hotfixes installed.  Most build 14393 (1607) systems have more than this.  Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available Windows Updates.
The actual number is not important.  Rather it's important that you checked manually, installed any available updates, and didn't experience any errors when checking or updating.

Lot's of Killer Service errors in the WER section of MSINFO32

Please:

- download a fresh copy of the latest Killer networking from the Dell website for your system

- uninstall the current Killer networking aplication

- install the freshly downloaded Killer networking application

Uninstall MalwareBytes and then update it to the latest available version if you wish to keep it (older versions had a weakness in one of the drivers that would occasionally spit out BSOD's).

The version with the fix is available from here:  https://forums.malwarebytes.com/topic/198624-malwarebytes-306-cu4-latest-version/

It was released on 29 March 2017.

If this doesn't stop the BSOD's, please run Driver Verifier according to these instructions:  http://www.carrona.org/verifier.html

Once you've uploaded the memory dumps from Driver Verifier, please start with tthese free hardware diagnostics:  http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html

Thanks a lot man, it seems like this might have solved the problem...

I updated my BIOS, un-installed and re-installed Malwarebytes (newer version), and updated my Killer Network, although for that last one I had to turn off the driver verifier since trying to uninstall the old version caused my computer to go into a BSOD (DRIVER VERIFIER DETECTED VIOLATION) several times...

Now my laptop is running super smooth, internet connection seems to be faster and I used to have a throttling problem that's not there anymore.

The only thing I didnt understand from your instructions was the:

"Only 6 Windows Update hotfixes installed.  Most build 14393 (1607) systems have more than this.  Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available Windows Updates.

The actual number is not important.  Rather it's important that you checked manually, installed any available updates, and didn't experience any errors when checking or updating"

When I googled "windows updates" I only found pages refering to updates from windows 7 or 8 to windows 10... I actually just changed from Mac to PC so Im kind of new to all these things. Could you please post a link to the Microsoft Updates you were refering to?

Again, thanks a lot.

If you look at the bottom of the systeminfo.txt report, you'll see a listing of the 6 Windows Updates that were already installed:

Hotfix(s):                 6 Hotfix(s) Installed.
                           [01]: KB3150513
                           [02]: KB3199209
                           [03]: KB3211320
                           [04]: KB4013418
                           [05]: KB4014329
                           [06]: KB4013429

To ensure that you have ALL available Windows Updates, go to Start...Settings...Update & Security...Windows Update and click on the button that says "Check for updates"

If the system successfully checks for updates and says that the system is fully updated - then there's no problem.
If the system doesn't successfully check for updates, or if there's an error in checking - then there's a problem that needs looking into.

The exact number of updates on a Windows system depends on many different factors.  As an example, if you only use 1 language on your system, and there is an update for a language that's not installed on your system - then you'll have a different number of updates than one who does use that other language.  I use the hotfixes to get an extimate of the update status of your system.  As I don't know the exact number for your system, I presume that the average is what we're most likely to see.  FYI - most build 14393 system (those with the Anniversary Update installed) will have 8 hotfixes installed (this is the current number as of 11 Apr 2017).  Since your system had 6, I suggested that you check to see if there are any more available for your system.
