I have a 6 year old Acer Aspire 7750.

It ran fine until yesterday I turned it on and the screen has a green tint to everything and everything is blurry.

Running Windows 10 so did a re-set of the OS and still no good.

I suspect it's the video card. Can this be replaced? Or is it time for a new laptop?
