winPE /easy2boot help

so i have a easy to boot flash drive that i use for installing windows and re-imaging pc's that i created a general image of for quick and easy deployment of windows with the software settings ect i want all installed my question is im wondering what these other features on the program i use do or are for (see picture of software )


i boot to the flash drive go to win pe -7x64pe-then open cmd go through the disk part apply image ect i got that part down 

but if someone can tell me what the other things do besides (explore cmd reboot shutdown notepad ) the software is called 2014 siw2 easypex64



edit im having trouble figuring out how to add a picture to this lol HELP !

I'm on my phone now I googled the software for a photo and found this it looks like this but just a bit more modern and updated
