I'm at my wit's end. I have a Toshiba laptop running windows 7. I also have Apple TV and iTunes. Lately I've seen where I try to update iTunes but get a message that unable to complete. So, naturally I try again and again. Nothing. Then I noticed Home Sharing is on but when I'm on Apple TV it says the library is empty.

I tried uninstalling Apple but I get Windows Installer Package  error. I've posted and read everything posted. Nothing worked.

What can I do? Please help

You might want to try the support forums on the Apple website if you haven't already done so.

This is not an apple issue. This is a registry issue I think. I dread doing it but maybe have to reinstall windows?

Have you tried uninstalling in Safe Mode? If that failed then run the fixit here and see if you can uninstall.
