Hello,

I have an issue with my computer: whenever I open the website fr.wikipedia.org (the french wikipedia) with IE11, I am redirected to some ad instead. It doesn't happen with Chrome or Firefox, but it happens every time, in IE, I can no longer access the french wikipedia homepage from this browser. I assume a malware messed with my browser settings to cause this, but my usual tools (Antivir and Malwarebytes) did not find anything. I'd reset my browser settings, but I'm worried that it might only cure the symptoms.

I would be thankful for some help.

Hello nasdaq, thank you for your help.

Cleaning the IE cache finally got rid of the annoying ads. The redirect is gone. There are no other issues that I can see.
