Hi i recently noticed i had 2 unknown user accounts in my admin folder @ c/users/admin/properties/security . I then deleted them thinking there would be no implications but now my pc has blue screened on startup 2 out of 4 times, can i reverse this? i tried using system restore but it has failed everytime (maybe due to bitdefender i dont know)

Edit: Now on startup my antivirus won't start and i am bluescreening mostly everytime.

here is a screenshot of the location of the files i removed https://gyazo.com/dd983ac015cb99106ef65fe4ec4b6b43 i can't even restore since i apprently have no restore points when i know i did but windows must have deleted them, i have truely messed up :(
