Okay so my problem is I believe I have some form of Malware installed on my computer and I can't test to be sure because it won't even let me run HitmanPro or Malwarebytes scans. How would I be able to get around this?

It says "The Requested Resource is in use"

Try Safe Mode for Malwarebytes - https://blog.malwarebytes.com/101/2015/01/safe-mode/

I would use the F8 Option at Boot to get there to Safe Mode.

Dont know which Antivirus you have , so try it also within Safe Mode.

Still isn't working, honestly probably gonna just end up tossing both of the hard drives as I am upgrading my system in the next week or so.

Both Hard Drives ??

Anyways , you may as well just Format the Drive and reinstall the Operating System , than tossing them out.

That will remove any issues with malware etc.
