I tried searching for ComboFix that would work on Windows 10 64bit. I keep getting errors saying CF isn't supported, is there another fork or something that has support for it? If not, what's the closest replacement for it? Thanks.

There is no program as powerful as ComboFix is for Windows 10.  Sorry.

If Malwarebytes AM, AdwCleaner, Junkware Removal Tool can't find it, it might be far less trouble to pull your product code (UltraVirusKiller has a 'sysinfo' tab that will read your product code), gather your assorted chipset/GPU drivers, prepare a WIn10 USB install disk, and do a thorough nuke and pave, and start over, which can take as little as 10-12 min to install from USB to an SSD, and 5 minutes if installing to an M.2 NVME drive...

(Running even the latest RogueKiller scan on a 500GB SSD packed with applications and files takes my 2.0 GHz AMD APU laptop 40 minutes to complete)

Freefixer.com is quite adept at letting you examine everything running /scheduled/BHO's added on, registry startups, etc in your system, and lets you choose what to delete, which should be done with complete caution if you don't know quite know what you are doing, of course...)

System requirements for ComboFix are clearly provided in the Authorized How to guide, on the authorized download page, and in the ComboFix usage, Questions, Help? - Look here topic.

ComboFix most likely never will be updated to support Windows 8.1 or Windows 10 since there are other alternatives (such as FRST, Zoek) which are being used by malware removal experts.
