I created a new topic in another one of your forums and I was recommended to open a new topic here in the Windows 10 section. My laptop has been running really really slow for about a week now. Everything on it is slow - web pages, programs, opening pictures, etc. I've performed these tasks with the previous helper:

Removed all unwanted programs

Ran AdwCleaner

Junkwear Removal Tool

CCleaner

Disabled items on Startup and Tasks and uninstalled a few other programs

Disabled Norton to see if my computer would run faster (it didn't )

Used an Ethernet cable instead of wifi connection to see if my computer would run faster (that didn't work either)

Ran Malwarebytes

Then I was recommended to start a new topic. The scans originally found 14 threats, but there were removed. After that, no other malware was found. Please help!

Ok, I did most of the tasks mentioned above. Since it's so slow, it's hard to tell if it's actually any faster. I would describe it as barely any faster (if that makes sense, so just a teeny teeny bit). It's still really slow. I need to finish the defrag. I know defragging takes a while on a normal running computer, mine was 12 hours into it and it was only at 16%. I'm not sure it that's a normal pace or not, but I'm going to retry again soon.

Please download and install Speccy to provide us with information about your computer.  Clicking on this link will automatically initiate the download.

The one piece of information the Speccy will not provide is the make and model of your PSU.  If you know what it is please post this along with the Speccy link which will be generated.

When Speccy opens you will see a screen similar to the one below.

Was there anything else I should do after this?
