Manually remove bad files?

So i have a old laptop that is infected really badly and i want to remove the stuff off of it. But how can i do it manually? How do you remove bad files, viruses, malware, etc manually? Just wondering. Thank you.

The easiest way is to complete a UNITE malware removal course, learn to understand malware types, Windows systems and researching and removal techniques.


It can take a year or two to complete, depending on your current knowledge levels.
