Hi!

Here's my analysis of the latest dump file:

STOP 0x000000D1: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL bugcheck:

6: kd> .bugcheck
Bugcheck code 000000D1
Arguments 00000000`00000008 00000000`00000002 00000000`00000000 fffff80c`7f8ae6d8

Let's dump the stack:

6: kd> knL
 # Child-SP          RetAddr           Call Site
00 ffff9381`0b973808 fffff803`e7772929 nt!KeBugCheckEx
01 ffff9381`0b973810 fffff803`e7770f07 nt!KiBugCheckDispatch+0x69
02 ffff9381`0b973950 fffff80c`7f8ae6d8 nt!KiPageFault+0x247
03 ffff9381`0b973ae8 fffff80c`7f884ff6 NETIO!StreamDatapTruncateAfterOffset
04 ffff9381`0b973af0 fffff80c`7fa132db NETIO!FwppTruncateStreamDataAfterOffset+0x46
05 ffff9381`0b973b50 fffff80c`81e37f82 fwpkclnt!FwpsCloneStreamData0+0x14b
06 ffff9381`0b973bc0 00000000`00000000 NFC_Driver+0x7f82<==== Third-party driver

Right-away, we see a potential culprit, an ASUS ROG Game First III driver:

6: kd> lmvm NFC_DRIVER
start             end                 module name
fffff80c`81e30000 fffff80c`81e40000   NFC_Driver T (no symbols)
    Loaded symbol image file: NFC_Driver.sys
    Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\drivers\NFC_Driver.sys
    Image name: NFC_Driver.sys
    Timestamp:        Sun Jan 04 10:11:48 2015 (54A95834)
    CheckSum:         0001CE52
    ImageSize:        00010000
    Translations:     0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4

But wait, in the raw stack, we see another third-party driver:

6: kd> dps ffff93810b96f000 ffff93810b975000
…
ffff9381`0b973a28  fffff80c`833b4e54Unable to load image \??\C:\WINDOWS\system32\DRIVERS\wrUrlFlt.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for wrUrlFlt.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for wrUrlFlt.sys
 wrUrlFlt+0x4e54
…

wrUrlFlt.sys is a WebRoot driver:

6: kd> lmvm wrUrlFlt
start             end                 module name
fffff80c`833b0000 fffff80c`833bd000   wrUrlFlt T (no symbols)
    Loaded symbol image file: wrUrlFlt.sys
    Image path: \??\C:\WINDOWS\system32\DRIVERS\wrUrlFlt.sys
    Image name: wrUrlFlt.sys
    Timestamp:        Wed Sep 21 10:50:22 2016 (57E29E2E)
    CheckSum:         00017BD3
    ImageSize:        0000D000
    Translations:     0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4
This makes sense as the older dumps also warn about it.

Anyway, for now, please disable Driver Verifier. Then, uninstall WebRoot SecureAnywhere, run their cleaning tool, reboot, and use Windows Defender for protection instead. Then uninstall that ASUS software.

Let me know the final result.

Regards,
bwv848
