Bloated svchost and CPU running hot

Good morning,

 

Don't particularly think I'm super infected here but my computers performance is being stifled by my svchost process running at an elevated rate. Unless I end the process manually my CPU is idling much warmer than it should be as well. Any ideas on what could be the issue?
