Lost user account password

Hello forum,

 

My sister forget her laptop password and she needs to use her laptop again but she can't log in, is there any software that will fix this problem or is there any way to fix it?

It is against forum rules to help with bypassing passwords.
I suggest that you backup your sister;s information and then create a new account for her to use.
If you need help doing this, please post in the appropriate Windows version forum


My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.
