Version: Windows Vista

I have an extensive list of blocked spam sites in Internet Explorer. (Tools, Internet Options, Privacy, Sites / and Security, Restricted Sites)

It's way too much (hundreds of sites) to write down and do again.  I am loosing access to this computer and I don't want to lose the blocked sites list, but I cannot find it to save it.

I am using a program to burn files to CD-R (I'm doing favorites and other micellaneous things as well), however I cannot locat where this is in Windows.  I only know where it is in the Registry (using regedit), but I can't drag the folders or copy them to the burning program.  How do I get to these?

regedit location:  HKEY_CURRENT_USER, Software, Microsoft, Windows, CurrentVersion, Internet Settings.  The two folders are named P3P and ZoneMap.
