Windows 7 randomly freezes and automatically reboots

My laptop suddenly froze when I was transferring a file from my phone (Nexus 6) to the laptop and for some reason this has happened to me about 4 times already
System specs:
· OS - Windows 7
· 64-bit OS
· What was original installed OS on system? Windows 8.1
· Is the OS an OEM version (came pre-installed on system) or full retail version (YOU purchased it from retailer)? Full retail version
· Age of system (hardware) 2 years
· Age of OS installation - have you re-installed the OS? Reinstalled OS 4 months ago

· CPU - AMD A10-8700P
· Video Card - AMD Radeon R6 Graphics

· System Manufacturer - HP
· Exact model number - 17-g084ca

· Laptop or Desktop? - Laptop

This is most likely a hardware issue.

Please run these free diagnostics:  http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html

Please run ALL of the tests and let us know the results.

If all the tests pass, then please run Driver Verifier according to these instructions while waiting for a reply:  http://www.carrona.org/verifier.html

My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.
