What PDF reader are you using?

Have you tried uninstalling it. download it and reinstall it?

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.

Exactly what happens when you try to download them? If you right-click on the file and choose "save", what happens?

For the righ click it shows up like Save image , Save link like this ..... not PDF .

Please open Default Programs and make sure .pdf files are associated with Adobe Acrobat (or whatever you use as a .pdf viewer).
