Hi I have a laptop which is running windows 10 has the bluescreen with whea_uncorrectable_error coming up almost every 15 mins or so.

I have now done a windows 10 reinstall but its still doing it. ive already tried scanning for errors and nothing comes up.

After looking online for solutions I have found some KB files which were put on here in 2016. There is no option to uninstall them. So I have followed a suggestion I found on one forum saying to use powerRun to find these updates and go into them in notepad and change any text saying ''permanent'' to ''removable'' but ive found the text on file KB3199986 is in Chinese. Any other ideas how I can get rid of these updates as I don't know what else it could be causing the error.

Thanks in advance...
