I'm desperate for help here!

We had wireless net installed a couple weeks ago.

Didn't have any problems but now I do. I didn't need the wireless my parents did. My friend installed it and said I'd just be on my normal land connection. Doesn;t seem to be working out that way because:

My msn has been crashing whenever someone talks to me, it crashes the whole net connection and the only way to reconnect is to pull out the plug for the wireless router thingy and plug it back in.

Yahoo has been going offline all the time for ages and i think this must be related.

Does anyone know how I configure my net so it's the way it was before my parents got this wireless in????

Please help! If you can help me fix it i will pay you $10 in paypal!

No i think this is more complicated. It's to do with the wireless since the way to fix it is unplug the wireless. Plus that solution goes back to 2005 and I have the newest version of msn.

That does't seem to work. I need to know more about how to fix the actual connection so that I am running off a landline and not the wireless.
