Oh boy first my Windows 8.1 laptop now my Windows 7 laptop? Kind of makes my school laptop unusable unless I boot into safe mode first, restart then login, now to get this over with.

Specs:

  • Windows 7 Enterprise Laptop
  • 32 Bit
  • Original install Might have been Windows 8 Pro due to the fact removing the battery shows an odd label making me think windows 8 pro was on here....
  • It is ~ 3 - 5 years old
  • Manufacturer is Dell
  • Now I have good and bad news... This laptop had a model number unlike my windows 8.1 laptop... Except I remembered it was a sticker meaning it wore off.....

The SysnativeFileCollectionApp, now I suggest start with analyzing 032717-6068-01.dmp First due to the fact I uninstalled avast thinking it was the culprit and was wrong.

Attached File  SysnativeFileCollectionApp.zip   1.55MB   3 downloads

And for more system information specs if needed from Speccy

Please update these older drivers.  Links are provided in order to assist you with looking up the source of the drivers.  If unable to find an update, please uninstall the program that is responsible for that driver.  DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable!!!: dwvkbd.sys                 Wed Apr 11 17:23:28 2007 (461D51D0)

Only 248 Windows Update hotfixes installed.  Most systems with SP1 have 350-400 or more.  Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available updates (it may take several trips to get them all).
The actual number is not important.  Rather it's important that you checked manually, installed any available updates, and didn't experience any errors when checking or updating.

These 2 devices have problems in Device Manager:

Trend Micro VSAPI NT    ROOT\LEGACY_VSAPINT\0000    This device is not present, is not working properly, or does not have all its drivers installed.
Trend Micro PreFilter    ROOT\LEGACY_TMPREFILTER\0000    This device is not present, is not working properly, or does not have all its drivers installed.

Please uninstall Trend Micro and check to see if these devices have been removed (if not, right click on them and select "Uninstall")

Please install a free antivirus for protection while testing.

In the event that none of this stops the problem, please run Driver Verifier according to these instructions:  http://www.carrona.org/verifier.html

Now I looked through device manager and found nothing to do with Trend micro, I will also mention it is a domain server meaning only the domain administrator can even update windows but it is possible to update it manually which could take a good while as the domain administrator ain't budging with windows updates. For WinDriver And DameWare I found nothing at the moment on their page or on the internet with updating the driver due to the fact the software was bought including I also tried using Device manager to update them which claims it is up to date, removing the drivers could work but our Domain administrator does not allow us. For now I will still be looking for ways to update the drivers.

Depending on what you can do with the system, I'll work with you as long as I can.

But beyond that, this is the domain admin's problem (it's the price they pay for retaining control).  I'd suggest backing up your stuff, then dropping the problem in their lap.

We have a domain admin like this where I work.  I don't try anything to fix a problem work computer, I just call the admin and dump it onto them.

If the boss whines about it, I tell him to call up the domain admin and make them fix it because "it ain't my job" :0)

The Trend Micro stuff is in the Problem Devices section of the MSINFO32 report

Use the Trend Micro advice/removal tool to get rid of the stuff:  https://www.google.com/search?q=trend+micro+removal+tool&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8

The WinDriver and Dameware stuff is old and may/may not be compatible.

Update it if you can or remove it (save a copy of the installer so you can reinstall it later)

Then, if it still doesn't work, run Driver Verifier as I suggested (

My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.

Sorry I did not respond for awhile but it seems just using that Trend micro removal tool did stop my bsod's from occurring.
