Check your temperatures using HWMonitor (the free version, not the Pro version):  http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/hwmonitor.html

Does it beep continuously or does it stop?

When does it beep?  Are the beeps long or short, do they have a pattern?

If so, what is the pattern?

You may want to have a look at some of the links in this Google search:  https://www.google.com/search?q=acer+beeps+while+booting&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8

(loose RAM, stuck key on keyboard, etc)

If none of that helps, then I'd suggest either posting in the Internal Hardware forums located here:    http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/f/7/internal-hardware/

or contacting your local Acer support:  https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/support
