HyperTerminal error when connecting

When i connect Hyper Terminal to network this error will come up why?

There seems to be many errors in that log.
What specific error did you think about?

I don't read that as an error log but an activity log of the switch.  Either the port is going down [losing its connection] or someone is manually downing the port via the config utility.
