Hello, first time poster here. I am having trouble with the "The requested resource is in use" trojan. I have tried to follow the removal guide on the site, but even after I use RKILL, nothing seems to work when I try to install/open an antivirus up. I have tried RougeKiller, but it didn't seem to work.

In addition, I seem to have the dataup.exe and svcvmx.exe viruses and possible others on my computer. I guess I should watch out on shady sites from now on. I would appreciate any help given. I'll attach a log of my recent rkill run below and check back in the morning for any updates. Thank you.
