You can hack the Registry to remove items from the Context Menu or download apps
like NirSoft's ShellMenuView and ShellExView.  In fact, there are hundreds of apps that
will add or subtract items from the Context Menu.

I've googled and searched many popular software sites for an app that will reorder (change
the order of) items on the Context Menu.  I don't know why, but there doesn't appear to
be a single app that will do the job.

Maybe I've been searching in the wrong places.  If there is a Context Menu reorder app,
please provide a link.

Thanks guys.

See:  http://www.thewindowsclub.com/remove-click-context-menu-items-editors

This thread, https://www.vistax64.com/general-discussion/218880-re-order-windows-explorer-context-menu.html, specifically mentions File Menu Tools (which is mentioned as well on the page above) for re-ordering context menu items.

If you want to explore further there are other search results that might be of interest in this DuckDuckGo search.

I appreciate the reply britechguy.

It's easy to find a long list of old posts about reordering the Context Menu.  Most were not
very helpful.

FileMenu Tools looks great, until you read all the negative comments about newer versions.
The Windows Club removed a link to FileMenu Tools because the app is loaded with crapware.

A review at CNET says it's ok to download FileMenu Tools_v6.8.  During the install you can
remove the ticks from crapware items.  Newer versions bundle crapware with the app.

You can read the CNET review about version 6.8 here:

Here is a link to older versions of FileMenu Tools:

I'm going to download FileMenu Tools_v6.8.  This pasteboard image shows the options I want.
Move Up, Move Down, and Add Separator.

I try all new software on a virtual partition.  If it runs smoothly for several days the virtual partition
goes away and the app is installed on my "real" operating system.

I'll return this thread with the results.
