Error 16

Anyone know how to fix error 16 on my GS5?

"You need to call Virgin, error16 usually means your phone was flagged for having two phones on the network using the same ESN. In other words, the system suspects your phone was cloned.

Odds are a tower glitched and thinks it saw two of your phone. It happens on occasion.

An alternative fix is to activate a different phone, then 24 later reactivate your current one. I would just call."
