Laptop problem is that every time i turn it on, put to sleep, restart. It will always have the automatically focus on the last option or as if there is and invisible holding to END Button and only way to temporarily fix is to press the Left button. Please refer to the video i uploaded.

And because this problem i have, even if i set my laptop to go sleep if not use will turn back on and stay at the login screen until my laptop is drained and unused.

I thought it was some kind of malware bacause i notice it after i downloaded some program for my phone, but after i format my laptop to my surprise it still there and i cant find any solution to fix it.

Please help me find a fix for this as i have this since January.

Solution tried:
Scan with different kinds of Anti-virus as result is normal
Start using safe mode and still there
Lastly format laptop and still no improvement

Greetings daryll94 and :welcome: to BleepingComputer's Virus/Trojan/Spyware/Malware Removal forum.

My name is Oh My! and I am here to help you! Now that we are "friends" please call me Gary.

If you would allow me to call you by your first name I would prefer to do that.

===================================================

Ground Rules:
  • First, I would like to inform you that most of us here at Bleeping Computer offer our expert assistance out of the goodness of our hearts. Please try to match our commitment to you with your patience toward us. If this was easy we would never have met.
  • Please do not run any tools or take any steps other than those I will provide for you while we work on your computer together. I need to be certain about the state of your computer in order to provide appropriate and effective steps for you to take. Most often "well intentioned" (and usually panic driven!) independent efforts can make things much worse for both of us. If at any point you would prefer to take your own steps please let me know, I will not be offended. I would be happy to focus on the many others who are waiting in line for assistance.
  • Please perform all steps in the order they are listed in each set of instructions. Some steps may be a bit complicated. If things are not clear, be sure to stop and let me know. We need to work on this together with confidence.
  • Please copy and paste all logs into your post unless directed otherwise. Please do not re-run any programs I suggest. If you encounter problems simply stop and tell me.
  • When you post your reply, use the Replytopic.jpg button instead.
  • In the upper right hand corner of the topic you will see the Followtopic.jpg button. Click on this then choose Immediate E-Mail notification and then Proceed and you will be sent an email once I have posted a response.
  • If you do not reply to your topic after 5 days we assume it has been abandoned and I will close it.
  • When your computer is clean I will alert you of such. I will also provide for you detailed information about how you can combat future infections.
  • I would like to remind you to make no further changes to your computer unless I direct you to do so.
===================================================

Now that I am assisting you, you can expect that I will be very responsive to your situation. If you are able, I would request you check this thread at least once per day so that we can try to resolve your issues effectively and efficiently. If you are going to be delayed please be considerate and post that information so that I know you are still with me. Unfortunately, there are many people waiting to be assisted and not enough of us at BleepingComputer to go around. I appreciate your understanding and diligence.

Thank you for your patience thus far. This does not sound like a malware issue but I will take a look at some logs.

Please do this.

I am not sure I fully understand your issues. The video and the explanation are unclear to me. Can you try to explain it again please.

Everytime my I restart my laptop or anything that will turn off the cpu or so, the INVISIBLE "like" holding the END/RIGHT Button become active as you can see in the video in desktop instead of opening the other program it forces or highlight the very last icon in desktop (in my video which is the in the very lower right of it

Spoiler

Also in the video, I opened the Start menu, you will notice that it keeps on Scrolling Down even tho i dont use my mouse to scroll it down.

Also same happen to text, sadly i forgot to include it in the video, I will try to upload as soon as posible if net is stable enough.

And the only way to counter that is to press Left Button of laptop keyboard.

Hope this gives idea of what my problem is..

I started to encounter this after i downloaded some file to root my phone tho i forgot what file is it.

I want to fix this because i cant leave my laptop unplugged as it drains the battery because even if laptop is set on auto sleep it will turn back on.
(Way to turn on sleeping laptop is either press power button or move the mouse or press any in keyboard right? but i dont do any of this)

Anyway sir, if you cant find any hidden or deep malware that sticking on my laptop. Can you help me do a "deep format" or clean format for my laptop? My concern is formatting that wont affect my product id as i want to stay authentic with my unit.

Thank you for your help i really appreciate it

EDIT: That was weird, hour ago im sure it was still with me the  INVI END/RIGHT Holding Button. Im sure i didnt do anything or something but just now it wont show up, suppose to happen every time i press the power button but it seem not happening anymore but the other problem still working.

•Pressing power button suppose to put my laptop to sleep but it goes back on. (refer to pic [1] at spoiler below)

New prob encounter
•After pressing Power button and try to log in system wont recognize my password needed to restart then after restart instead straight to restart the laptop the pic number [2] (spoiler below) not sure if this something cause of my problem.

I will try to make video again later if the INVI END/RIGHT Holding Button shows again

Video uploaded
