So, i been seaching for a few months about how can upgrade my PC, and with help of this forums and others, i might have a conclusion, i just want to know what do you think about it, and if there is a better option, this is my max budget.

-Current Build:

Operating System: Windows 10 Home
CPU Type: AMD FX-8320 Eight-Core
Cores per CPU: 4
CPU Fan: AVC Z7UH40Q001 Copper Pipe AM2/AM3 Cooler
Hyperthreading: Not capable
Motherboard: GA-990FXA-UD5 (Socket: AM3+ ; Chipset: AMD 990FX ; rev: 1.1)
Memory: 8GB Kingston DDR3 SDRAM
Videocard: AMD Radeon HD 7770
Hard Drive: TOSHIBA DT01ACA100 (1TB)
Case: AeroCool VS4 Computer Case
Case Fan: Brushless DC Fan AV-12025
Power Supply: Cooler Master GX 650W

My idea was to upgrade to play better games, and also to make it faster it self.
So, im going to upgrade the GPU to the "MSI RX 470 GamingX 4Gb". Then, since my mobo is really old and its not compatible with much better CPU (Only AMD) i was going to upgrade the CPU Cooler to a "Kraken X31 120mm liquid cooler", so i can OC it (i have to do more research about this part). Finally i was thinking about buying an "SanDisk SSD PLUS 120GB".

Thanks for your time, and for replying.

Currency = Dollars or Pounds

For example, I live in the UK so I use pounds (£). You could live in Canada (Canadian $), the US ($). Where do you live, and what is your currency?

CPU Cooler: CRYORIG H7 49.0 CFM CPU Cooler  ($34.89 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD5 ATX AM3+ Motherboard  (Purchased For $0.00)
Video Card: MSI Radeon RX 470 4GB ARMOR OC Video Card  ($155.02 @ Amazon)
Total: $319.90
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

This would work although it goes over budget by $20

Alternatively, we could go to the budget but make a huge performance sacrifice

GTX 1050 Ti vs RX 470

Arguable, I could've saved money and get an 850 EVO but the 850 EVO has much lower endurance than the 850 Pro. Longevity is probably better with SSD's.

First of all, good to know about the GPU, i tought that the armor and gaming x costs almost the same. Then about the Cooler, i didnt know it, before looking for liquid i find the HyperX 212 EVO, which is very used, also a bit cheeper, why not that one?. Finally about the SSD, the PRO is 150$ and the EVO 95$, that much of a change is it from pro to evo?

And that would be (I only use Amazon):

RX 470 ARMOR 4G OC (155$)

Hyper 212 EVO (30$)

Samsung 850 EVO 250GB (95$)

Total: 280$

Forgot about the RX 470 you mentioned, that will work fine

The Cryoig H7 is a better cooler as it keeps the CPU cooler. It's also newer hence why it's not as reviewed on PCPartPicker. Detailed reviews around the web do show better statistics however.

Between the Pro and EVO, you're paying extra for two things. Speed and endurance. The EVO has speeds of around 500 MB/s whilst the Pro has speeds of around 800 MB/s. Endurance means how much data it can have written to it. The EVO is rated for 75 TB until it breaks and the Pro is significantly higher (can't remember off the top of my head but it will last much longer).

Well, i dont really understand how a SSD works, but i know that is much faster than a HDD (80-160 MB/s), so with 500MB/s it would be perfect, and about the endurance I had this HDD for almost 4years, and never past the 500GB mark, since i dont download movies/videos/fotos. Only have 4 heavy games (around 16GB each) and books. So i think the EVO will do just fine

Fair enough, go with the EVO and save a bit of cash. Otherwise the RX 470, Cryoig H7 and EVO should be just fine.
