service registration missing or corrupt

My computer will not update, has been for the last three days I =think. Running the diagnostic tool from microsoft gives the above message. It says it cannot fix this error. How do I fix it?

Please try below programs one at time.

 

Download and run the Windows Update Troubleshooter.

 tried boons. The first one doen't help, the second says it reapired the problem, but when I run it again I get the messageService Registration is missinng or corrupt. Any more suggestions?

You can also try my batch script if it wont help you can repair install Windows 10
