My current issue: I cannot save the Excel files without it crashing.  Here is the error that appears after Excel crashes:
We found a problem with some content in 'FileName.xlsx (xls)'

Can any one explain the source of this error?

Have a look at the search results from DuckDuckGo on the very error message you mentioned.

This is a well-documented and common error message with a number of common solutions.
