Im learning a new trade "Working on computers! am trying to get the blue screen fixed on my Gateway desktop. It won't read disk and doesn't show an actual error just shutdown/restart,keyboard select,ease of access and finally the network button. The network button has an x on it but shows connected what do I do?

Give the make and model of your computer, what OS you are using and as good a description of the problem as you can.
