When I did a scan with Windows Malicious Software Removal tool, it  tells me that there are two infected files. At the end of the scan the result says no malicious software.

I did scan with Norton AV and didn't find any problem.

I contacted a Microsoft agent and asked me to run this command: "sfc /scannow".
I attached the log file

the command found two files that can't repair.

I also run " dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth " command but at the end I got this message: " the source file couldn't be downloaded use the source option to specific the location of the files that required to restore the feature.
for more information on specifying a source location see https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh825186.aspx"

I attached the Dism and Sfc log files for reviewing.

Finally thanks for reading and hope got help..
