No Sound

Afternoon Out There,


Having an odd issue with my machine. i have no sound at all. on the bottom right i see the speaker icon and can contol volume but nothing. In Device Manager i have a WS Audio Device ( Wondershare ) but i'm supposed to have Realtek but no luck any ideas?

I would uninstall the Wondershare software...then reboot. 


If necessary, I would then reinstall the Realtek audio drivers.
