My details:

ASUS Maintream Tower Black M32CD-AS51 Intel Core i5-6400 Quad Core 2.7 GHz (Turbo up to 3.3 GHz) 8GB DDR4 Integrated HD 530 Graphics 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM WLAN - 802.11AC Bluetooth - 4.0

My limit is $150 I need a good graphics card that will run almost any game on medium to high settings. I play csgo and get 60+ frames but when it comes to smokes I get under 30. It's frustrating because it lags and effects my skill in the game. I would like to play csgo on high settings and resolution with quite well FPS I am looking to play other games but don't need ultra settings on any other game at the moment thank you

Radeon RX470 should barely go into limit.

However PSU might be only 285W so Radeon RX 460 might be safer choice.

If it were me, I'd do this

Video Card: MSI GeForce GTX 1050 2GB Video Card  ($107.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Total: $157.89
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

An upgrade the the PSU is always beneficial. The 1050 is a pretty decent GPU for the price and should play most games at 1080p admirably. It will certainly max out anything on CS:GO

System Specs:

OS: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit                                           - Motherboard: GA-78LMT-USB3 6.0 (Socket M2)           - Audio: Corsair HS40 USB Gaming Headset
CPU: AMD FX-6350 (Vishera 32nm Technology)         - Display: HE247DPB (1920x1080/60Hz)                          - Optical Drives: HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GH24NSD1 ATA Device
RAM: 12.00GB Single-Channel DDR3/801MHz                - GPU: 2047MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti (MSI)         - Storage: 931GB TOSHIBA DT01ACA100 ATA Device (SATA)
