Windows 10 problems

The LapTop no longer works ... OPERATING SYSTEM is gone ... when I turn puter on I have a blue screen ... one of the shown tabs says ADVANCED OPTIONS ... I click on it and it takes me to another page with options e.g.RESET or REFRESH ... COMMAND PROMPT ... MORE advanced OPTIONS ... RESTORE ... etc etc ... so I click on 1 of those and I get another group of OPTIONS ... NO matter what I click, it goes into a pretending fix mode and then  says WE ARE UNABLE TO RESET-FIX YOUR PC ... and then it takes me back to the original ADVANCED OPTIONS screen ... and that's what happens non-stop ... I can't even reset it back to factory settings ... ... at this point, the missing driver is useless ... but am sending you a screen shot of what I mean, except under OTHER DEVICES, I have only 1 item listed ... just not the first item, but all of the others listed is what I have 1 item of ... I do NOT have Windows 10 recovery sticks (which I should have, I should have made recovery sticks when I got this puter AND computer stores-manufacturers (DELL, HP etc) do NOT give you those disks-sticks any longer ... DELL gave me 5 disks that were specific to my computer ... THAT was in the olden days LOLOL ... so that's where my computer crap stands ... I do have a call into the President of HPCanada ... and will be calling HP at some point today, I just need to get some paperwork together so I can SHOW them that the LapTOP is under warranty ... anyways, I am eggzosted ... going back to bed ... EMAIL me if you have suggestions cuzz today, SUNDAY, it's my NON-ANSWERING any phone calls DAY ... LOL ................... Z8-)

Whatever screenshot you sent me, did not work. All I got was this little image that wouldn't respond when I clicked on it. If you want, I can get ahold of my tech and see what he has to say. He's probably more knowledgeable than the people you're talking to lol,
