I've installed it on four systems with no issue and have not seen any reports of problems.

You're welcome. In the future, you can wait a couple of days after the updates are released, do a quick Google search for any issues, and then make your decision. Personally, I always have a current image of my system drive and install all Windows updates

Well, this morning I got an optional update for March 2017 preview of monthly quality rollup for windows 8.1 KB4012219 do I need this ?

 

Note: I installed the March monthly update yesterday.
