Tried right clicking on windows icon to find run, tried windows key + R (but its doesnt seem to work)

How can a person open a run command on a czech laptop (asus transformer) would it still be msinfo32?

We are just trying to find the model number lol but the keyboard differences seem to be making it impossible.

If i can get the instructions that would help, i dont want to have to remote in the laptop even though it may be easier sigh.

Thanks for any assitance.

Google translate gives the translation of 'Run' into Czech as -

běhat

Windows key + 'X' brings up a menu where you should find the run command towards the bottom of the menu.
