So I wasn't careful of what I was doing and I installed a second windows 7 on a laptop for a friend in order to wipe the hard drive. Problem is : now I try to boot the laptop and the second I get the windows booting animation, it crashes and restart. This goes on and on... Any help? Thanks guys.

Boot from the DVD WIN 7 again to install , and when it asks for the Location to Install , delete all partitions from the Option Tab.

Then Create Partition Size { Full  Drive Size } and Install.

If it has a Recovery Partition , then leave that Intact , dont delete that Partition.
