Hello. I have a small problem here. I bought a new PC just a day ago and on the startup a strange blackscreen on the edges of the monitor is appearing but soon as I'm in the operating system I don't get this Problem.

My Specs:

AMD FX 4300

Gigabyte Ga-78lmt-usb3 rev 6.0 Motherboard

4 GB of ram

Ati Radeon 3000 Graphics

Asus VX279 Monitor

Here are a few Photos I made.

Inside the red line of one of the photos is the blackscreen. (Sorry for my english)

Sorry, I don't see anything unusual. If everything works as it should, you're all good.

It does. Maybe my Monitor is a way too big or I just need a new Graphics card.

Don't worry about anything before you enter Windows. Again - there is nothing unusual in what you are seeing.

I found out the Problem is one of my graphics card. I already have a Gtx 960 but soon as I plug it in there is no Signal on Monitor.
