I get a message box upon startup that says IOCTL_SetPTPMode could not be found at startup.

My scrollbar follows the cursor even after I am off of it.

The curor drifts away from the scroll bar while I am scrolling. Tapping the bar again is the only way to get it to stay still.

My PC is freezing and shutting off is the only way to get it unfrozen.

These may or not be related but I do need control over the scroll bar again.

Thanks in advance...if this is not a virus please direct me to who can help.

Windows 10.

I use the touch pad on my laptop. Not a mouse.
