Memory's not compatible. That motherboard only goes up to DDR400, not 433. Otherwise, I see no problem. But it still might work, but it'd probably have to underclock the memory to PC3200 speeds.

7950 might be a bit noisy, but with the water cooling your computer will still be quiet.

Nice Power supply, OCZ make some good stuff. Confused, didn't think "4" 12Volt Rails were out on Power supplies?

It's good memory, just not compatible memory.

Looked at some reviews of that water cooling, all were good.

Good processor, but you could spend a bit more moeny on a bit pricer motherboard, but cheaper Core 2 E6600 (If you can find one), and get better performance.

But if you want to stick to AMD, I understand. I like them to.

Programming today is a race between software engineers striving to build bigger and better idiot-proof programs, and the Universe trying to produce bigger and better idiots. So far, the Universe is winning.

Which of Corsair's PC-3500 DDR memories is that? You need to give the model name.

You still have not given the memory model name. Corsair has dozens of different DDR400 2x1GB XMS memory modules. Look for something like this in Newegg: Model #: TWINX1024-3200C2PT

The earlier memory was DDR400 memory, it is just that Corsair guarantees that it will run at the same latencies at up to DDR433. It would most likely have worked with your motherboard.
