I think i've been dupped.  A company (I thought it was Apple, as they told me), put a post on my computer with a telephone number saying I had a virus and my computer was at risk of crashing.  I called and they tapped into my computer, (I thing they hijacked it) then ask for $300.00 for (2) service to block any and all viruses from ever entering my computer.  They told me I had to pay today or my computer would crash.  I am supposed to get a prepaid visa card and call them.  I am frightened and I have not and do not want to pay them.  They have tried to call me today but I didn't answer.  WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Thank you for any and all help you could give me and I am running scared.
